Betagraph's orientation is to work collaboratively with its clients. The nature of creative and technical work typically requires a consultative and interactive communication environment. We do not presume to know your business as well as you do, and thus do not bring any preconceived ideas about what you need.

We want to learn about your business and understand what you're trying to accomplish and why. We ask lots of questions — sometimes questions you may have never thought about.

We are a small business and most of our clients are small to medium-size businesses.

Typically, we work directly with business owners and key staff members. We hope to build long term relationships so we can serve your needs ongoing and proactively, thus enhancing the potential for presenting a unified and consistent identity and message to your customers.

Our services are priced on an hourly basis, and our graduated fee structure is based on the type of service rendered. Upon request, we provide proposals that describe the scope of the project, services to be provided, and estimates of time and fees for completing a specified project.
